Ingredients

coconut milk

lime juice

Instructions
Whisk coconut milk, lime juice, lime zest, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic, and ginger.
Marinate tofu in the mixture for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook tofu until golden, then pour marinade over and simmer until sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper, garnish with cilantro, and serve hot.
Notes
Press tofu well to remove excess moisture for better browning.
