A delicious and creamy vegan treat that combines the flavors of cookie dough with frozen bananas for a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 pieces frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Instructions 

  • Blend frozen bananas and almond milk until smooth.
  • Add almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt; blend again.
  • Stir in vegan chocolate chips.
  • Transfer to a container and freeze for 1-2 hours.
  • Scoop and enjoy immediately or store leftovers.

Notes
