Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Combine wet ingredients until smooth.
  • Mix wet into dry, then fold in berries.
  • Pour into dish and bake 25-30 minutes until golden.
  • Cool slightly, then slice and serve.
