Enjoy these moist and flavorful apple cinnamon muffins baked quickly in the air fryer for a cozy treat.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add-ins

  • 1 cup diced apples
  • optional chopped walnuts or raisins (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.
  • Mix wet into dry, fold in apples and optional nuts.
  • Fill muffin liners in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 12-15 minutes, cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use silicone molds for easy removal and cleanup.
