Ingredients
Dry ingredients

Wet ingredients

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.
Mix wet into dry, fold in apples and optional nuts.
Fill muffin liners in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes, cool slightly before serving.
