A healthy and satisfying breakfast casserole perfect for a quick morning meal.

Ingredients

Eggs

  • 6 pieces eggs

Cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar

Meat

  • 4 pieces turkey sausages (chopped)

Vegetables

  • 1/2 red onion red onion
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 bell pepper bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • to taste red pepper flakes red pepper flakes

Instructions 

  • Crack 6 eggs into a bowl and stir.
  • Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to casserole dish.
  • Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes until eggs are cooked through.

Notes

Use lean turkey sausages for lower fat content.
