Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 15 oz Tomato Sauce (Italian Chunky Style)

Dough

  • 10 oz Pizza Dough

Cheese

  • 6 oz Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 9x13 dish.
  • Cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  • Add tomato sauce to beef and heat through.
  • Press dough into dish, top with meat mixture.
  • Bake for 12 minutes, add cheese, bake 5 more minutes.

Notes

For a healthier option, use reduced-fat cheese and lean beef.
