Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • Mix yogurt, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Add olive oil if desired and mix until smooth.
  • Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.

Notes

This bread is best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
