1cupplain greek yogurt
1cupalmond flour
2largeeggs
1teaspoonbaking powder
1/2teaspoonsalt
1teaspoongarlic powder (optional)
1tablespoonolive oil (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
Mix yogurt, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Add olive oil if desired and mix until smooth.
Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
