Instructions
Spiralize zucchinis into noodles and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook sliced chicken until browned and cooked through.
Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer; stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add zucchini noodles and chopped parsley; toss to coat and cook for 2-3 minutes until noodles are tender.
Notes
Use a spiralizer for best results and serve immediately for a fresh taste.
